To book your event, follow these steps: 1. Complete our inquiry form. 2. Receive a proposal within 24 business hours. 3. Sign the contract and pay a $500 non-refundable retainer. 4. Email a government-issued ID (matching the contract signer) to hello@hideoutorlando.com. 5. Make timely payments as per your payment plan (balance due one month before the event). 6. Fill out the setup questionnaire to finalize event details. Note: All alcohol must be served by our licensed bartender.

Hideout is a creative space, event hall and performing studio specializing in premiere social and corporate events. Our space is well suited for any special occasion, corporate event, community meeting, fundraiser, dance/ workout class, book signing and more.

To secure your reservation, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due one month before your event. For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the contract provided during booking.

Refunds can take up to seven business days to process. Please be patient. If you do not see your refund within seven business days, please contact us for more information.

A member of the Hideout team will be present at your event. They will review the check-in/out procedures with you. You will receive the same instructions via email.

Hideout Orlando can be booked 18 months in advance. Reservations are open to the public on the first business day of the month. (Ex. You can book December 13, 2021 on June 1, 2020)

A $400 security deposit is required for all rentals of Hideout Orlando.

We allow event bookings up until midnight. Events until 1 AM can be requested and require an additional $150 after hours fee. All decorations, guests and trash must vacate the premises by the end of your rental time.

No refunds will be given for leaving before the rental time ends. Please follow your contract time accordingly.

The capacity is 100 people.

Yes, you can customize the decorations and rearrange the furniture to suit your event. Just ensure everything is returned to its original place afterward. Discuss any specific decoration needs or restrictions with our team beforehand. Note: Decorations cannot be affixed to walls, ceilings, or painted surfaces, and items like fog machines, dry ice, and open flames are not allowed. Candles in glass holders may be permitted with prior approval. Helium balloons are allowed, but any detached balloons will incur a retrieval fee.

The lights are ready and set up for use including the up lighting that can be used for events such as art exhibitions.

Yes, alcohol is allowed at our venue. However, you must book our licensed and insured bartender to serve all alcohol.

There is free parking available.

Yes, a member of our staff will be on site to greet you. Security is required for ALL events after 5pm. We have a security team in place already no need to search for a company.

Take it with you, put it in your car or the designated green dumpster in the parking lot area. Do not leave onsite or on the sidewalk. Load out all that was loaded before sweeping up. Failure to comply with the rules may lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Yes. Hideout Orlando has a standing noise ordinance which will be provided to the DJ/band.

Written approval from Hideout Orlando is required for any music to be played outdoors.

Yes, you can arrange vendor deliveries during your rental period. If you need earlier access, adjust your rental time accordingly. Please note, our staff cannot sign for deliveries, so ensure an authorized person is available. For security reasons, items cannot be stored at the venue before your event.

Sparklers are permitted outside of Hideout Orlando for your exit. However, all sparklers must be disposed of properly meaning the used sparklers must be discarded in a bucket or water or sand provided by the Renter. Failure to dispose of sparklers properly will result in a loss of the Security Deposit.
